Reinsurance Group of America Names Ryan Krueger Senior Vice President, Investor Relations
ST. LOUIS, Dec. 10, 2025 鈥 Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: 猫咪社区app), a leading global life and health reinsurer, announced today that Ryan Krueger will join the company as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, effective January 5, 2026. In this role, he will lead 猫咪社区app鈥檚 engagement with the investor community, partnering closely with the company鈥檚 executive leadership team to articulate 猫咪社区app鈥檚 strategic evolution and performance. Mr. Krueger will report to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Axel Andr茅.
Prior to joining 猫咪社区app, Mr. Krueger spent over a decade at investment bank Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), where he was Managing Director, Equity Research of the U.S. life insurance sector.

Mr. Krueger has been a sell-side equity research analyst covering life insurers since 2006. In addition to KBW, he was previously a Partner at Dowling & Partners Securities. Mr. Krueger holds a BS in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Connecticut and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr. Krueger will succeed Jeff Hopson, who has led 猫咪社区app鈥檚 investor relations function since 2013 and will be retiring in 2026.
