Chris Ricketts joined the Global Digital Underwriting team in 2022 and currently holds the role of Senior Director. Prior to that, she held the role of Director, Underwriting for èßäÉçÇøapp Canada from 2020-2022. In her role, Chris leads a team responsible for maintaining master rule sets, assisting with client optimization and implementations, and providing valuable consultation and subject matter expertise to support digital underwriting initiatives and solutions. Chris has more than 30 years of underwriting experience with Life, Critical Illness, Disability and Group products and was and early adopter of automated underwriting, having implemented AURA more than 15 years ago while working for a direct insurer. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University, along with ACS and ALMI designations.
