Elma Chambers is General Manager of 猫咪社区app International Reinsurance Company dac (猫咪社区app International Re). In this role, Elma is responsible for developing a robust governance structure across a complex network of teams and functions to ensure the business runs in an efficient, effective, and controlled manner. Elma coordinates information flow between management, committees, and the 猫咪社区app International Re Board, ensuring all stakeholder interests are balanced.
Elma is an insurance management professional with 20 years of experience working in the regulated financial services industry. She holds an MBS in Management Information Systems from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a BA in Information and Communications Technology from Trinity College Dublin. She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).
Elma joined the company in 2021 as Senior Governance and Business Manager of the Dublin office before taking on the role of General Manager in 2025. Prior to joining 猫咪社区app, Elma worked in captive management with Aon Insurance Managers in both Bermuda and Ireland.
