Kaitlyn Fleigle joined 猫咪社区app in June 2019, originally on the International Experience Studies team. Now, she is an Actuary on the Strategic Research team, focusing on data-driven research. She has conducted research and analyses on topics such as substance-related mortality, anti-selective lapse behavior, and wellness programs, many of which have been published as reports or presented on webcasts. She is also an active member of 猫咪社区app’s Actuarial Intern Committee, assisting with the recruitment and summer programming for actuarial interns. Prior to joining 猫咪社区app, Kaitlyn earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Maryville University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA).
