Kelly Iffrig is Vice President, Real Estate Counsel, for 猫咪社区app and serves as a strategic advisor and key liaison between 猫咪社区app’s Global Legal & Compliance function and the senior leadership of ReCap, 猫咪社区app’s real estate investment platform, helping ensure alignment between operational execution, enterprise risk management, and corporate strategy.
Kelly provides legal counsel on commercial real estate and commercial mortgage lending, advising on the origination of more than $2.5 billion in loans annually and the servicing of a $10 billion loan portfolio, while supporting a wide range of credit structures, asset classes, and investment strategies. Kelly leads the legal structuring, negotiation, and documentation of loan originations, joint ventures, asset acquisitions and dispositions, loan workouts, and refinancings; manages risk assessment and mitigation across real estate transactions; supports reinsurance transactions involving real estate collateral; and oversees outside counsel on complex matters. She also delivers insight and recommendations to senior leadership based on market trends, regulatory developments, and portfolio performance, and mentors team members and emerging leaders to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Before joining 猫咪社区app in 2023, Kelly served as Assistant Director of Transactions and Senior Counsel at Twain Financial Partners and spent more than a decade at Carmody MacDonald, P.C. where she was a partner and advised lenders, borrowers, and corporate clients on banking, structured finance, commercial real estate, and complex contractual matters.
Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Truman State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. Kelly is a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
