Quentin Marsh is Senior Vice President and Head of Americas Financial Solutions, a team of more than 160 professionals who, together with èßäÉçÇøapp business and corporate partners worldwide, produce and manage èßäÉçÇøapp’s asset-intensive, longevity, and capital-motivated reinsurance business. Quentin’s goal is to bring the best solutions and most durable commitments to the North American life reinsurance market.
Quentin began his career at EY, in the company’s Global Insurance Center. He progressed through successive leadership positions before joining èßäÉçÇøapp in 2012 as Vice President of GFS Business Development, where he spent his time working with èßäÉçÇøapp’s clients to solve their risk and capital management matters. In 2019 Quentin departed èßäÉçÇøapp to become the Chief Financial Officer of Munich Re U.S. Life and Health. He returned to èßäÉçÇøapp's financial solutions team in the spring of 2022 with a renewed appreciation for all the things that make èßäÉçÇøapp exceptional.
Quentin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received his Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Missouri.
