Tamsyn May studied at the University of the Western Cape, completing a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in medical biosciences. Her career began in 2010, when she joined Old Mutual as a trainee underwriter. She completed her training within the same year and progressed to a senior role. She then joined Vitality Life, where she spent seven years handling complex escalations, addressing quality control, and mentoring junior underwriters. In 2022, she continued her professional journey at èßäÉçÇøapp as a Senior Underwriter.
